Chin mask
After anesthesia is completed, patients’ exhaled air often contains anesthetic gas/nitrous oxide for a relatively long period. To avoid high concentrations in the room air, the Medicvent Chin Mask is used, effectively evacuating the patient’s exhaled gases during the first 15–20 minutes.
The Medicvent Chin Mask is used during dental procedures involving a nasal mask, postoperatively (recovery phase), and during childbirth to evacuate gases from the patient’s exhaled air.
