Medicvent also offers redundancy systems that meet the requirements of ISO16571:2024 for systems designed to evacuate smoke generated by medical instruments.
Central fan systems are used in deliveries, surgeries, and other applications involving gases or smoke-generating surgery, where multiple suction outlets are connected. These systems are used in various double-mask applications, operating in parallel with laser/diathermy scavenging or as standalone solutions.
The central fan systems are installed separately from operating rooms, effectively eliminating noise and efficiently removing nitrous oxide, anesthetic gases, and smoke from the room.
Medicvent’s fan unit is available for both permanent installation and mobile use, serving a single suction point. The fan unit is compatible with all double-mask applications and laser/diathermy suction. It operates very quietly, ensuring a comfortable user experience, and fully evacuates gases from the operating room.
